WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Vehicles less than '8 years old' that fall outside the Manufacturers Warranty will come with a "Customer Protect" six months "Gold"  parts and labour warranty with a £1000 claim limit, per claim. (See policy for exclusions, full written details on request.)  This applies to 'Retail Car Deals' only. See list below for vehicles that do not qualify as a retail deal.

You may increase your cover on any 'Retail Car Deals' at time of purchase as follows:-

• 12 Months in total with £1000 claim limit  £299 plus VAT
• 24 Months in total with £1000 claim limit  £499 plus VAT
• 36 Months in  total with £1000 claim limit  £699 plus VAT

NO WARRANTY WILL BE GIVEN ON THE FOLLOWING:

Vehicles over eight years old or over 100,000 miles. Vehicles sold as 'Trade Sales'. All Vans and Commercials. Vehicles sold via Internet Auctions, such as E Bay. Classic or Historic vehicles and Racing cars. Also vehicles which will be used for private hire or taxi work and vehicles sold over-seas.
